Tongues cut from the cod head. Approximately 20 – 25 gr. each.
Round fish are landed on site and the cod heads are cut off. The tongues are handcutted from the head, washed and frozen on boards. The boards are covered with plastic sheets under and over the tongues. Some tongues might stick together due to this operation.
Tongues are wrapped in a plastic sheet in cardboard boxes.
Labeling by labeling regulations and customers specification.
Stacked on wood pallets and wrapped in thin plastic film with a plastic sheet on top.

The product should be kept frozen at minimum -18°C at all times.
The expiration date is 18 months from the production date.
